About Locality

Locality was founded in the autumn of 2020 to make the Stockholm commercial property market easier for companies to navigate. We want our clients to understand how the market works, what opportunities there are and what is important to consider before deciding on premises.

With over 25 years of combined experience, we have built up broad knowledge of the market and good relationships with landlords in Stockholm. We help everyone from smaller companies to large organisations and government agencies, where needs and requirements can differ a great deal.

We are a team of four and have chosen to work closely with our clients. That gives us the chance to devote time and attention to every assignment, understand the needs of the business and be involved all the way from the first conversation to the final outcome.
