A flexible office, twice over
Storykit was growing fast and did not want to be locked into a long lease. We first helped them find a sublet office in Vasastan and, as that lease approached its end, move on to the next one.

A company that was growing fast
Storykit was growing fast and did not want to be tied to an office for too long. That is why sublet premises were a good fit.
The first move
A broad shortlist
We showed premises in several parts of the inner city, from Östermalm to Södermalm.
The right lease
Rådmansgatan 40 was available on a sublease. We booked the viewing and found out how long Storykit could stay there. That suited a company that did not want to commit.
Lease
Storykit signed a sublease at Rådmansgatan 40.
The second move: the same idea again
We kept in touch, and when the sublease was nearing its end, we searched again.
Viewings
Four offices in the city centre (City), Vasastan and Södermalm, including Birger Jarlsgatan 61.
Lease
The office at Birger Jarlsgatan 61 was also available on a sublease. We were the link between the parties until the lease was finalised.
Still there, with an extended lease
Storykit moved to Birger Jarlsgatan 61. Later they extended the lease, and when we got in touch they were happy there.
