Through our daily contact with other companies in Stockholm, we also know about premises available through a lease assignment or a sublease. You get a short list of the premises that fit and choose which ones you want to see, and we put the viewings together into one tour.

We are not tied to any landlord and own no property. The shortlist is based on your needs, not on who is letting.

## Who pays?

Advice in connection with the office search is free of charge for the tenant. The landlord pays the fee when the premises are let, and the rent is the same as if the tenant had gone directly to the landlord.

## How it works

1. **Needs assessment.** Together we discuss how you work, the size of your team, your budget for the premises and when you need them. What do you need from the premises, now and in the future?
2. **Shortlist.** You get a shortlist, not a list of everything. It can include advertised premises, upcoming vacancies and premises available on a sublease or through an assignment of the lease.
3. **Viewings.** You choose which premises you want to see, and we book the viewings. Afterwards they are compared side by side: space, location, total cost and flexibility.
4. **Discussions with the landlord.** We are a sounding board and a bridge between you and the landlord. If you need legal help, we work with the most experienced lawyers in the industry, who have expertise in your particular issue.
5. **Signed lease.** We are involved until the lease is agreed and signed.
