## Who it is for

Companies looking for an office, warehouse or other commercial premises in Stockholm that want to describe their needs in writing before we talk.

- Required: company name and email.
- Optional: type of premises (office, warehouse, retail space and other premises), number of workstations or area in square metres, one or more areas, monthly budget, other wishes, phone and name.
- Areas to choose from: Stockholm City, Central Stockholm (inner city), Östermalm, Vasastan, Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Solna, Sundbyberg, Kista, Bromma, Northern outer suburbs, Southern inner suburbs, Southern outer suburbs, Other. No choice means you are open to suggestions.

## What we ask about

- What kind of premises you are looking for: an office, a warehouse, retail space or something else.
- How many workstations you need, or how many square metres, for example for a warehouse or shop.
- Which areas you would consider, for example the city centre, central Stockholm, Solna, Sundbyberg, Kista or Bromma.
- Your approximate monthly budget for the premises.
- Anything else that matters to you, for example a reception, meeting rooms or an open-plan layout.
- Your company name and email address, plus a phone number if you would prefer us to call.
