We called back the same day, and the very next day Fremia had the first proposals for premises.\n\n## One round of viewings and a favourite\n\n1. **First at Fremia.** We started at their office to see their existing office layout and how they worked.\n2. **Round of viewings on Södermalm.** We showed the premises the same afternoon. The next day they received floor plans of the two they thought could work.\n3. **Second viewing with the CEO.** Krukmakargatan 21 was the one they liked, and we booked a new viewing there with the CEO.\n4. **Something to compare with.** We also showed alternatives in other parts of Södermalm, so they had alternatives to compare before deciding.\n5. **Lease.** We were the link between Fremia and the landlord until the lease was finalised.\n\n## A new office on Södermalm\n\nFremia moved from the city centre (City) to Krukmakargatan 21 on Södermalm.
